Press-Locked Steel Grating

Interlocking steel grating, also known as interlocking steel grating or compressed steel grating,

is a steel grating product manufactured from carbon steel flat bars, stainless steel, and other materials through processes such as slotting, interlocking, and welding. Based on the interlocking method, it can be categorized into four types: pressed type, heavy-duty type, integral type, and sunshade type. The pressed type employs cross-bar flat steel pressed and locked into shape, with a maximum processing height of 100mm; Heavy-duty types are formed under 1200-ton pressure, suitable for high-load applications; integral types feature groove depths of 1/2 the bar height; sunshade types are formed with 30° or 45° angled grooves. This product boasts secure weld points, a flat surface, corrosion resistance, and maintenance-free properties. The precise combination of load-bearing and cross bars achieves both lightweight construction and high load capacity. Surface treatments include galvanization, spray painting, and plastic dipping, enabling fabrication into components such as drainage grates, stair treads, and pool covers. Primarily used in civil buildings, subway platforms, and power plant load-bearing platforms for ceiling decoration, walkway gratings, and ventilation window covers.
