Welding Process: Flat bars and cross bars are joined via pressure welding, embedding, or interlocking techniques. Weld lengths ≥25mm ensure structural integrity.

Dimensions: Standard flat bar spacing is 50/100mm, with width tolerance ±3mm and length tolerance ±3mm.

Load Capacity: Compressive strength reaches 100MPa. Excellent surface slip resistance makes it suitable for high-traffic areas.
